Pablo Romero it’s founder has been Inter restaurant industry for over 18 years, started when he was 19 years old as a dishwasher in a restaurant in south Pasadena moved up the ranks. In 2011 he founded Downtown Taco Co. Pablo has also worked with other popular restaurants such as Replubic and the Thomson Hotel.

He decided to open Maclovia because he wanted to give the community something they didn’t have before: a place where they could come together and have fun while enjoying good food and drinks with friends or family members.
